Welcome to our Bioconnect Database!

Overview:

1. Our database allows you to explore information related to circRNAs、miRNAs、disease、gene、protein, including their sequences, associations and interactions with each others.

1.Searching

Simple Search

Use the search box on the main page to query by RNA or protein identifier, gene symbol, genomic coordinates, or Gene Ontology term identifiers. Search is case-insensitive. Gene、protein or RNA sequence search is also supported.

List search

Paste or upload a list of RNA or protein sequence,You can search for the name and details of the corresponding RNA or protein or gene based on the sequence.

Table Browser

You can query the Table Browser for disease (example) results related to the RNA based on the RNA (example) ID number entered, and the results will be given in a form.

2.Results

Interactive Table

Results are presented in an interactive table, sortable by column names. Clicking on cells provides links to external resources, genomic positions, and additional information on circRNAs.

Using liftOver for Genome Assemblies

Use liftOver to convert data between genome assemblies. Instructions for using liftOver from various platforms are provided.
